Yuko Nakamura was born in Japan where she studied Oriental medicine and Shiatsu at Daigokuden, Hachioji, Tokyo, finishing in 1991. Her profession and three main interests are in Japanese acupuncture, the Alexander Technique and Chinese herbs.

Yuko's acupuncture clinic is located in Hastings in East Sussex, where she offers to treat a variety of conditions including back, neck and shoulder pain, stress, insomnia, arthritis, migraines and anxiety, specialising in infertility and ME.
